Whether shop bought or homemade, your pizzas will look all the more impressive on this handmade, solid English Oak Pizza board.
All our Oak is sustainably grown in Britain. We support small, independent sawmills who really care about the quality of their timber. They quarter-saw and air-dry the Oak in the Derbyshire countryside. These slow, patient processes result in fantastically characterful wood - it also means your board is strong and stable, unlikely to warp or split and will only get more characterful with age and use. Look after it, and your board will last a lifetime.
Every board is carefully cut, shaped and sanded by hand from one single piece of wood to ensure as smooth and useable a surface as possible. It is then finished in food-safe mineral oil, with a final coating of our Vegan Wood Balm which brings out the grain with a subtle lustre.
Suitable for up to 12 inch pizzas.
Made from quarter sawn English Oak, known for its strength and resistance to warping.
